Principal, Accounting Services
She is one of the financial management specialists behind AZ Business Consulting. Dawn formerly worked for the accounting firm of Aronson & Company in Washington, DC.
She has more than 30 years of accounting and information technology experience. This allowed her to gain technical knowledge and expertise to best utilize various accounting systems, including the Microsoft Dynamics packages, QuickBooks, and MAS 90.
As both a user and implementer, she has specific expertise in the areas of accounting system design and data conversion. She has served as chief financial officer for several organizations, which has given her a unique perspective on the design and use of accounting systems. Dawn can integrate current accounting functions and procedures efficiently into a technology platform.
Dawn is also one of the authors of The Financial Management Handbook for Associations and Nonprofits, published by ASA. She has also written job costing applications for the construction industry.
